App: Quid — Bill & Paycheck Tracker
Developer: A4SECURE
Last updated: October 8, 2026

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Quid and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete Account.
  3. Tap Delete Forever to confirm.

This deletes everything Quid stores on your phone (bills, paychecks, credit lines, one-off payments, settings, avatar, Budget Score history, your account and your password hash) and deletes your Google Drive backup.

If Quid can't reach Google Drive at that moment, it tells you and lets you delete the data on your phone anyway. You can then delete the backup yourself as described below.

If you can't open the app

  1. Uninstall Quid. This removes all of Quid's data from your phone.
  2. Delete the backup: open Google Drive → Settings → Manage apps → Quid → Delete hidden app data.
  3. Remove Quid's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/connections.

Delete only some of your data

  • Delete individual bills or paychecks in the app. If backup is on, your next backup removes them from Google Drive too.
  • Turn off Settings → Backup to stop future backups to Google Drive. Your existing backup stays in Drive until you delete it.
  • Delete only the Google Drive backup: Google Drive → Settings → Manage apps → Quid → Delete hidden app data. Your data on the phone stays. Turn off Settings → Backup first, or Quid will create a new backup the next time it backs up.

What's deleted, what's kept, and for how long

  • Deleted: everything listed above is deleted immediately and permanently. It can't be recovered.
  • Kept by A4SECURE: nothing. A4SECURE has no servers and never receives your data, so there is nothing for us to keep.
  • Kept by Google Play: records of your Premium purchase, under Google's policies.
  • Ad data: handled by Google. Reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads (or Privacy → Ads).
For more on what Quid stores, see the Quid Privacy Policy.
